Low Rise

Low rise buildings are either single story buildings with columns, steel joist and steel decking roof systems or multi story with columns, composite beam floors and steel joist/deck roofs. There usually isn't the repetitive nature of the work that one finds with high rise structures.

Low rise buildings usually have a fairly elaborate architectural entrance and feature designs requiring structural steel for support or architecturally exposed structural steel. Often times curved members are incorporated into these designs.
