Educational Facilities

School projects provide unique challenges due to the variety of structural materials involved. Usually schools have a complicated maze like masonry bearing walls that support steel floor and roof systems, which can be detailing and fabricating challenges.

Also school construction involves a wide range of miscellaneous steel items such as stairs, railings, ladders, catwalks, visual and audio media supporting structures, HVAC supports and window supporting tube steel systems.

The construction schedule is usually based on opening a facility at the beginning of a school year and timely completition is always critical.
